1949 Discovers ” The Intelligent Investor ” – While a student at the University of Nebraska, Warren Buffett read ” The Intelligent Investor ” written by Benjamin Graham.
1951 Meets GEICO’s Lorimer Davidson – When he was 20, Warren Buffett got what he later called ” a huge head start ‘ in the insurance business, meeting Lorimer “Davy” Davidson, CEO of the company that would become GEICO.
1952 Marries Susan Thompson – Warren Buffett and Susan Thompson were married in Omaha.
